This notice explains how Avariqo Digital Studio, an independent Namibian digital studio operating under a working brand name, uses information you provide when requesting a project quote.
Information collected
You may enter your name, contact information, business name (if provided), service choice, budget range (if chosen), and project description into the website's quote composer. These details are prepared on your device until you choose WhatsApp or email and send your message.
Why we use it
We use your information to understand your request, prepare a quotation, discuss project requirements and respond to your message. Please do not include banking PINs, passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information in your project description.
Where submissions go
The website's enquiry composer does not send your details to a form-processing server. If you choose WhatsApp or email, your messaging app opens with a prepared message that you must send yourself. WhatsApp or your email provider then handles that message under its own privacy terms. Cloudflare may process technical information to host this website. We do not sell customer enquiry details or publish them as testimonials without permission.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep enquiries only as long as reasonably needed for customer communication and project records. To ask about, correct or request deletion of your submitted details, email avariqodigitalstudio@gmail.com or send us a WhatsApp message at +264 81 426 2160.
Questions and changes
You can contact us directly by email or WhatsApp without using the enquiry composer. Those providers may process your message under their own privacy terms.
